TORTOISES & TURTLES
The shelled reptiles - turtles, tortoises and terrapins - are some of my most favourite animals to watch. The action can sometimes be slow-paced but there is always chance to see interesting behaviours and enjoy an animal in its environment. Ancestors of these incredible animals have been roaming the planet for at least 200 million years.
